Clams Baked With Sweet Samos Wine

4 quinces cut in half and remove pits have
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
200 g sugar
½ lemon
300 g yoghurt
350 ml sweet Samos
½ liter of water

For the presentation

Honey - kerythra
mint leaves


Prepare syrup with water, sugar, sweet wine, cinnamon, cloves and boil for 10 minutes the clams.
Then put them in a pan with the syrup and bake at 220 Celsius for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Grate a little tzinter and mix with yogurt.
Put 1 tablespoon of yogurt in the center and on top a little bit and leaves kerythra mint and drizzle with a little syrup.
